1.) FILL IN documents ONLINE
2.) PRINT all forms.
3.) Parent AND Student to sign documents where indicated.
4.) SUBMIT completed forms to the school office to continue processing your application. You will then be called to schedule a placement testing and meeting with the finance personnel.
To complete your online reenrollment process, please access the ParentsWeb through RenWeb/FACTS SIS using your existing log in.
The three links that are in black are read only. All students and parents must read each carefully. There is a signature form that requires signatures that the three forms in black were read and understood.
Note - The browser Firefox will not work with the fillable forms.
Fillable forms work only with either desktop or laptop computers.
